Hurricane had some success in the later part of the 80’s although they never broke out in mainstream status. The band featured Robert Sarzo on guitar, the brother of bassist Rudy Sarzo and bassist Tony Cavazo, the brother of guitarist Carlos Cavazo. So you essentially had the younger brothers of the Quiet Riot guys, except they switched instruments. Lead singer Kelly Hansen would go on to front Foreigner for several years and is very well respected in the industry.
This would be their first full-length album after they put out at “Mini-Album” or EP in 1985 called “Take What You Want”. They would end up putting out another album in 1991 called “Slave To The Thrill” before breaking up.
